Responsibilities
The City Clerk's office is responsible for managing the official records of the City of Broken
Bow.
This includes recording all proceedings of City Council meetings and serving as the legal custodian of official
records--including minute books, ordinances, resolutions, contracts, agreements, liquor licenses, tobacco licenses and occupations
fees.
Goals
The goal of the City Clerk
is to provide the public with complete and timely information, fulfill assigned duties and meet the demands of the growing
City in the most efficient and effective manner possible.
