LOAN APPLICATIONS AVAILABLE
Rental properties are vital to
our community and in order to address that need, the city government and local banks are working together to encourage the
building of a multiple family dwelling by providing $40,000 interest free for one year. Applications for this loan are
available at the City Clerk's Office located in the Municipal Building or at Custer Federal, TierOne Bank, Bank of Broken
Bow, and Nebraska State Bank.
